Security of the population and the UN involvement and impartiality in the Ivorian's conflict

 Let the false symmetry between the two camps: the killings are the result of pro-Ouattara, endorsed by the French army and UN, in an implicit or passive complicity. Everyone knows now that the helicopters attack  of the Licorne force and its surrogates have made the worst UN intervention since the colonial repression of the UPC in Cameroon and the war in Algeria.
