Libya: Sarkozy on the verge of a nervous breakdown!

He is ina rush  Nicolas Sarkozy, even in a hurry. It must be said that he sold to the allies of France, a war that lasted only a few days or weeks at most, and now three months later, it threatens to end in crushing defeat, with unimaginable consequences for the future.
So as always, Nicolas Sarkozy moves and it goes in all directions.
Result:since few weeks  France multiplies many initiatives that force his closest  allies in this issue, such as the U.S. and England, to speak up and rebuke her .
Compendium
The sale of mistrals to Russia
We remember the  G8 on May 27, Russia was propelled to the status of savior, in charge of a diplomatic solution to the war in Libya. Russian President Dimitry Medvedev even joining together with NATO by asking the departure of Gaddafi.
In return for this semblance of rallying, Russia got Sarkozy’s final agreement on the sale of Mistrals  warship.
http://www.lalumieredesracailles.net. Discussions on the sale had been delayed for two years and have been moultes warnings from U.S. and NATO allies . The countries of the former USSR, which is a strategic foothold of the USA to Central Asia, are now within range of Russian intervention, thanks to Sarkozy Mistral  …
In return, the results of the Russian intervention in the negotiations on Libya have been very beneficial … for Russia, which took the opportunity to regain a place in the diplomatic games in the region, and after a few days has reaffirmed its support for the proposal of the African Union, as it has done since the beginning of hostilities .
The case of Georgia has clearly not been a lesson to Nicolas Sarkozy, who has again been rolled in flour as a beginner, by his “friends” in Russia.
The supply of arms to rebels
These are the same Russian who most violently attacked the French initiative aimed to parachute weapons to rebel forces http://rt.com/news/russia-france-weapons-unsc/. But they were not alone!
the U.S., Britain and NATO have also immediately disassociated from this initiative, forcing Sarkozy to back down. http://www.ivoirebusiness.net/?q=node/4478
And now the renouncement of  Gaddafi departure from power as a precondition for negotiations
The last daily project of this diplomacy dating from yesterday. Gerard Longuet, Minister of Defence announced yesterday that France asked the rebels to abraded direct negotiations with the Libyan government and Qadhafi himself could remain in the presidential palace, “with another title.”
In the process, a son of Gaddafi said Tripoli was in direct discussion with Paris .
The reaction of the United States and Britain were prompt, both stating that Gaddafi’s departure was always a prerequisite for discussion and questioning the meaning of these direct negotiations revealed by the son of Gaddafi . Obama has even felt compelled to call his Russian counterpart to let him know that nothing had changed in its position http://news.xinhuanet.com/english2010/world/2011-07/12/c_13978801.htm.
The outcry forced Alain Juppe to split a retraction, noting of  that for France, Gaddafi’s departure was a “key element” .
Clearly, Sarkozy’s agitation results in a cacophony in the French diplomacy.
Another sign of the nervousness, according to “le canard enchainé”(French Newspaper) , French soldiers complained of unbearable pressure from the presidency for the Libyan intervention to be completed before July 14, causing them to multiply air and helicopters missions , at a pace that puts  at risks the safety of French pilots.
Qaddafi’s side, things look more settled. For the second time, more than one million Libyans (on a country that has six) came to show their opposition to NATO bombing. It is quite ironic to see such a mass of civilians against those who are supposed to rescue them.
According to journalist Thierry Meyssan, who was in Tripoli at that moment, most of the Libyan tribes have renewed their allegiance to Qaddafi’s power http://www.voltairenet.org/L-OTAN-face-al-ingratitude-des.
If this information is proven (and is often the case with information by Thierry Meyssan), there sign the end of the CNT, which has clearly failed to sit on a real social base in the country.
A few days ago in these columns, I have relayed information from an Israeli site about an imminent ground invasion http://www.lalumieredesracailles.net/?p=360. According to  the leaks of NATO, it would haveabout 10.000  men from July 15 http://quinetiam.com/?p=1559 that could be supported in a second wave by about 30,000 U.S. military http : / / www.infowars.com/us-invasion-of-libya-set-for-october/.
The consequences of a new defeat are so that for United States and for Obama  this assumption is always possible, contrary to official positions displayed.
It runs against by more and more growing defection of  larger on the side of NATO and as the days go by. Italy and Norway announced their withdrawal .
The choice remains open: Defeat negotiated with Gaddafi’s power or ground war against the Libyan people, mired for several years ….
The most reasonable is that France, England and the USA save face and announced that the goal of a no-fly zone is achieved by forgetting their agenda to overthrow the regime of Gaddafi.
But can we expect a reasonable outcome from those who govern us?
