Sarkozy and the French army in Ivory Coast

3 months ago, Sarkozy played down the role of French forces in the capture of Laurent Gbagbo in Abidjan.
In this July 14, the same Sarkozy greet the French forces that led to the capture of President Laurent Gbagbo.
I have no doubt that much of the French press willingly would not notice this change  in the speech of the French President, confirming that the French forces in Ivory Coast have acted in complete illegality to the mandate set by the UN.
This mandate limited the role of forces under a UN mandate to protect civilians  against heavy weapons used by both sides.
Not only the UN has allowed the entry of heavy weapons from rebels Ouattara in Abidjan but she objected to the use of those in the Ivory Coast army loyal to President Gbagbo.
French and UN forces did not  oppose
Ouattara rebels  to use their heavy weapons in the Yopougon to conduct their hunt for Laurent Gbagbo supporters  Not for a moment, on the contrary, the rebels were supported by helicopter gunships of the Unicorn and UNOCI.
Meanwhile, thanks to the intervention of French forces, the havoc was installed in the streets of Abidjan. Chaos reigns supreme, maintained by the rebels of Ouattara who only obey their commanders.
Thank you to Sarkozy, the time has come to Bouygues, Bolloré and co to renegotiate their contracts with Ouattara who can refuse nothing to French interests. Indeed, a mere curvature of the investigations conducted in Côte d'Ivoire on the massacres committed against Ivorian civilians since 2002 is enough to make him fall!
This is not a servant that France has put at the head of the Ivory Coast, but a "hostage" on the goodwill of French power.
