UMP fraud trailblazing

UMP and the legacy of frauds
The UMP  tweeter bluff victory of Ouattara November 29Source: AlterInfo December 24, 2010Aurore Bergé, ambitious candidate in 2008 the direction of Young's popular UMP

Aurore Bergé, UMP, responsable sur tweeter du bluff de la victoire de Ouattara le 29 novembreMonday, November 29, 2010. Côte d'Ivoire wakes counting the ballots. France, Ivorians of France, France Africans are waiting. The votes of the French diaspora being canceled, the question is a hypothesis: historical bédiéistes are they really going to vote for Ouattara? The first turnout at 70-71%, suggesting that not ... Below the 80% participation, those of the first round, everyone knows ADO has almost no chance. It needs a complete report and  the total votes of the PDCI.
Monday, November 29, 2010. Shortly after 15H. Particularly attentive
French observers,  24presse.com,  see an ad on tweeter this extraordinary moment ... "Victory Ouattara in Ivory Coast, with 55%." It is already a relay of a relay  of a relay ... Patiently, there go through the wire and eventually fall on "the first occurrence of a result in Côte d'Ivoire" ... And therefore the identity of ... Aurore Bergé. Some search later, the portrait sketch: ambitious young manager UMP in Paris. In 2008, she appeared in the direction of the popular Young (beaten by Benjamin Lancar). Lately, she has come close to Valérie Pécresse. But where is she considered, not the beginning of a relationship, or with the Ivory Coast, or with Africa Cooperation and the Francophonie.Just contacted, she mumbles, apologizes, deletes the guilty message immediately  ... as suddenly overwhelmed by the importance of the act she has committed. Its source? a contact in Côte d'Ivoire ... Wonderful chance dropped this "information" about a young leader of the UMP. Learner who has nothing more urgent to do than pass. And tweet Instead of just checking.
Monday, November 29, 2010. Evening. Paris. At a gala organized by the humanitarian Amref,
in which took part  various artists and media people, the rumor spread already (until it got to the Newspaper Gri-Gri), a win... Ouattara  !Tuesday, November 30, 2010, in the media and elites, the victory of Ouattara won the battle.Regardless, from there, the (finally) 71% participation which always makes arithmetically impossible victory of Ouattara. Whatever the incident, beatings and impediments to vote for the Gbagbo camps in the north . A Korean UN and the French UMP decided that Ouattara won ..

This result was of course disputed by Gbagbo camps was taken to the Constitutional Council to review the mass frauds(ballot stuffing, etc ) in the north under Ouattara rebel forces control. After the reviews the Constitutional Council cancelled the fraudulent votes and declared Gbagbo winner. The UN and French led UMP president Sarkozy as well as the same Fillon and Juppe rejected CC decision . And when Gbagbo asked for ballot recounting to prove that he won the election, the UN and Sarkozy rejected the idea claming that it would an injustice for Ouattara to recount the ballot. Notice the views of the Ivorians did no longer count only Ouattara or rather his sponsors the so called international community which is in fact the multinational corporates decision has to be applied . Gbagbo has to go he's an obstacle to the invasion of the multinational and the taking over of the Ivorian land and resources.

It's funny how the same situation happened during the election of the UMP head of party and  completely different and opposite decision was taken as we can read below:

The National Commission for use of the UMP announced Monday, November 26, the victory of Jean-Francois Copé election to the presidency of the party. CONARE  gives an
advance  of 952 voices to Mr. Copé  ahead of François Fillon. The camp of former Prime Minister denounces an enterprise of "fraud industry" and accuses copéiste of having "stuffed the ballot boxes with 30,000 proxies."
After 22 hours of deliberation,  CONARE(commission National of Recours/Appeal)
members attributed the victory to Copé Jean-Francois  with 952 votes ahead of François Fillon. The Chamber did not take into account the results in the office considered "disputed" in the Alpes-Maritimes and New Caledonia.
Not surprisingly, the
Fillon camp , who the Appeals Board is not neutral, should attack the decision in civil cases. The supporters of former Prime Minister copéistes accuse of having "stuffed the ballot boxes with 30,000 proxies" and promise to produce evidence of their accusations in the coming days.
A "fraud industry," according fillonistes. The 30,000 proxies Fillon raised by the camp represent more than 34% of the votes obtained by the elected president (87,290 votes). For Senator UMP Pierre Charon, support of Jean-Francois Copé, the decision of the CONARE mark "the end of the playground."
The time of the lawsuit seems to now come the UMP. François Fillon has already indicated his attention to make civil law  case.

Jean-Francois Copé: "... The National Commission(CONARE) is used as the Constitutional Council for us. Who could imagine that we make another judgment call after the Constitutional Council's decision?"

Well Mr
Copé that's exactly what you did in Ivory Coast in the similar situation so how dare you ask this question ?
Nicolas Sarkozy said Monday during his lunch with François Fillon it would be better to call members of the UMP to vote again to break the deadlock in which is immersed the party, according to several sources with UMP AFP.

This is even more than ridiculous "
it would be better to call members of the UMP to vote again to break the deadlock " You who launched a bombing campain while Gbagbo was asking to negotiate a recounting or another voting ? Now somebody tells me if that was not a pure racist imperialistic decision taken regarding Ivory Coast ?

Manipulated justice

Statement by the Canadian Louise Arbour, Presidentof the International Crisis Group;
Former Judge of the Supreme Court of Canada,Former chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) for Rwanda,
and former High Commissioner to the United Nations human rights."Partisan"Justice, "obstacle to reconciliation" in Côte d'Ivoire (ICG)
ABIDJAN - Justice "dangerously partisan" which is exercised in Ivory Coast at the expense of the few supporters of the` ex-President Laurent Gbagbo is "a major obstacle to reconciliation," the
International Crisis Group(ICG) warned on Monday  .
In a report entitled "Lowering the pressure," ICG condemns  " one way"
justice for crimes committed during the post-election crisis of December 2010-April 2011, which killed about 3,000 people.
Twenty figures of the former regime are charged and held in the north of the country for violent crime, undermining the security of the State or for `economic crimes. `Eight of them, including` s former first lady Simone Gbagbo, are also charged with "genocide."
Criticizing the choice of the latter charge as" inappropriate, "the thinktank states that` "beyond the awkward choice to grow crimes which  are serious enough, emerges a clear lack of will" of the part of
Alassane Ouattara the regime  "to have a more balanced justice ."
"This partial justice is a major obstacle to reconciliation," currently "stalled", leaving
in the` Gbagbo electorate and beyond a "continuing  feeling of a victor's justice  and` additional humiliation, "wrote ICG.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) "could quickly put the Ivorian authorities to undertake their responsibilities and to rebalance justice dangerously partisan," she said .
"Only the hearing or indictment of `
official forces in power involved associated with past violence can fight the feeling of` injustice "felt by a part of the population, says International Crisis Group.
One year after the transfer to The Hague of Laurent Gbagbo, suspected by the ICC for crimes against the humanity, the Court announced Nov. 22 have issued a warrant against shutoff Simone Gbagbo to the same charge.
The office of the ICC prosecutor has stated in the past that he `had also intended to prosecute
personalities in Ouattara camp some of which are suspected of serious crimes.
Bingnégnélon Zéagnélon De Laidjéhan

Now it's not a secret that this injustice is ran by the UN French EU. US coalition who are the covering of the multinational corporate with invested interest in Ivory Coast . The Multinationals through the French Ministry of defense declared few months ago that African emancipation and freedom  movements are dangerous for the West. In one word anyone in Africa who want fait trade , or economical independence has to be eliminated . Gbagbo being the last symbol of African total independence is the public enemy number one and all those who support this idea with him would suffer the same consequence as we can see. So the unappropriated charges against Gbagbos camps is part of the same package of plot. We all know that Ouattara being from the IFM therefore part of the UN is under the Bretton Woods immunity act that protect him from all charges. He has been given the license to massacre and kill in all impunity specially if he;s doing it in behalf of the multinationals  and as was declared by the French. Notice that according to the ICC  Gbagbo is  at the Hague because he's suspected for crimes against the humanity as the supreme chief of the army, yet Ouattara is not even cited once although he;s the supreme chief of the army which perpetrated genocide on civilians in Duekoue and Nihably where almost everyday mass graves are discovered. Those mass graves would had never been excavated if independent NGO did not insist since Ouattara regime with the complicity of the UN wanted to prevent the searches. The Question is why prevent the searches  ? Well according to the testimoniesies of the Duekoue genocide survivors the UN/French troops participated to the massacres. So any surprise why the so called international criminal court pretends not to know who is the supreme chief of the genocide perpetrating army Mr Ouattara while not only Gbagbo but his spouse are suspected by the same court ?

Ivory Coast - Duekoue 362 rapes in a year and half by the UN, EU. US backed regime

Duekoue women protest against rape and killing, 362 rape cases in a year and  half it's enough....

A recent Amnesty international report confirmed the declaration of  the UNOCI spokesman, Kenneth Blackman, made to journalists few months ago regarding  members of Ouattara armed forces, known as FRCI carrying out rapes, acts of torture, armed robberies and other abuses in several locations. This is what many Ivorian women endure from the UN, EU and US backed regime. The most shocking in all this issue is that not only Mrs Pillay has become blind and mute the daily  but the new noble peace prize Mr Prodi during his visit in Abidjan reaffirmed the full backing of the EU to the genocide perpetrator regime led by Ouattara without any worry about the killing and the rapes of women. Meanwhile the ICC is illegally  holding President Ggbagbo at the Hague pretesting that a conditional release might cause some socio-pilitical unrest since the Ivorian might want him back in power. Well firstly he has never lost power  although has been kidnapped the majority of the people of Ivory Coast elected him democratically as president so it's more than legitimate that they want him back  on power. We have exagerated reports about  the Syrian government a its so called abuses  of human when defending order yet we have the same UN. EU. and the US protecting and backing a regime doing worse with almost no media coverage.

Amnesty International on daily human right abuses, the massacres and the impunity in Ivory Coast

Gaetan Mootoo, researcher on behalf of Amnesty International gives a detailed information on his mission in Cote d'Ivoire and the ensuing report in an interview at Tele Sud :

  1. FULL TRANSCRIPT OF INTERVIEW

What was the situation? G M :"Yes, it is a mission that we have made in recent months in Côte d'Ivoire, we had to be precise 1 month 1 day in Côte d'Ivoire, and the results we were able to communicate the following: First we see violations of human right, especially in Abidjan and also in western Côte d'Ivoire. To be more precise, we had the opportunity to meet politicians, we were able to visit detention camps, and then I'll say, it's a little surprise for us to discover illegal detention camps where more than 200 people have been arrested and detained since the beginning of the year. some of these people have suffered ill-treatment and torture during their detention "
To begin with,  could
you have the support of the Ivorian authorities to make visits to different sites you mention?
G.M:"First of all, before arriving in the country, we inform the authorities of our arrival, we ask for a visa and ask to meet them. And, I must say we enjoyed excellent cooperation with the Ivorian authorities. We simply had difficulties before gaining access to places of detention, authorities arrived late. but we were able to do our work "
There are now prisoners who consider themselves political, those of the Ivorian Popular Front and in particular those who felt close to the party of Laurent Gbagbo. Are you able to meet these prisoners of Common Law? which part of the population covered your investigation?
G.M :"To make a distinction, there is on the one hand the people who were arrested at the residence of Laurent Gbagbo in April 2011, and further arrests occurred shortly after. We could actually meet these detainees both in different places, including Katiola in Korhogo, Boundiali. We also met the former First Lady Simone Gbagbo. We could also meet the son of President Laurent Gbagbo to Bouna. And so many of these people reported statements that are underway, and Simone Gbagbo has informed us that the case of her case, she has not been heard on the make. So that's the first thing. And many of those arrested in April we reported ill-treatment during their arrest at the residence as well as the Golf Hotel, AND ALL THAT HAPPENED IN THE PRESENCE
OF THE FRENCH SOLDIERS AND  THE SOLDIERS OF UNOCI. In addition, we could also meet people who were arrested during this period of 2012. And some people were arrested, released without charges and without trial, others were released through large ransoms, and others were brought to the central prison in Abidjan to affect the safety of the State "Is it possible that the situation of human rights is rather disturbing in Côte d'Ivoire, or it is early to tell?
G.M :"Indeed, for us (Amnesty International) the situation is worrying since the new Ivorian authorities had made promises, and  we are far from promises made by those authorities. I give two examples if you want. In Abidjan there is first the situation of lawlessness where people are arrested and detained in illegal places. Parents do not know where their relatives are or where their husbands and children. Second thing, the legal custody to view in all these cases is often exceeded. And there is very serious in their care during the arrest-to-view, many detainees were tortured as regards the case of Abidjan. In San Pedro, last August, several military officers and civilians were arrested, SOME OF THEM WERE TORTURED TO ELECTRICITY, and we worked on the particular case of a prisoner, SERGE HERVÉ KRIBIÉ WHO DIED AS RESULT OF ABUSE ELECTRICITY TORTURES. I said that the situation is serious, indeed, the situation is very serious, and other detainees were also tortured with electricity. In July last year, maybe you remember, there's IDP camp which is Duekoué, a city in the western part of the country, where more than 4,000 people had taken refuge, as their villages were attacked, their neighborhoods were attacked  in Duekoué. Recalling that the International Committee of the Red Cross had counted more than 700 people were killed, executed  in an extra-judicial way in March and April 2011. Amnesty International has been able to investigate on that, we could actually meet many families encounter witnesses who told us how their loved ones were killed. And in July of this year IDP camp was attacked by both Republican forces of Ivory Coast (FRCI) the new army, as well as auxiliary militia, the National Dozo Brotherhood , which in the past fulfill other functions, but now fills the role of both a militia. This camp was attacked several people were executed an extra-judicially , others were arrested, and others are missing. That's the bottom line "
But face it, the government tells you that "we are not with impunity",  launched commissions of inquiry that are currently working, some reports have already fallen, the sentences will follow, is it not a sign of good times?G.M :"Yes, but there is rhetoric and reality. And the reality for us is the present situation. There are actually fighting against impunity, of course we are committed to the fight against impunity. But there is also a situation, the instructions are in progress, they are not complete, we recognize that there is a certain slowness, that justice must take its time, but at the same time, we must respect the rules,  With regard particularly care to view, with regard to places of detention, concerning the prohibition of torture is part of the Ivorian Constitution. Côte d'Ivoire has ratified many conventions for the protection and defense of human rights, including the Convention against Torture. Recall that Article 13 reads in part as soon as there is an allegation of abuse, the authorities are obliged to open an investigation. But all of these cases, I mean, if the police officer Serge Hervé Kribié I just mentioned, died as a result of mistreatment electricity, is an investigation has been opened? no I dont believe it "But then you talk about a particular case, but the government says it is on this site.
G.M :"I speak of a particular case, but there are others who were tortured by electricity, there is also the case of Abidjan, where several people were tortured and held in illegal places of detention including Military Engineering. I also take another example, the place of freedom in Yopougon has been transformed into a
FRCI camp , there are police officers, soldiers and civilians who were arrested during the year and who were tortured 'And look what the Ivorian authorities pounce on the news you broadcast?
G.M "This news release was to sound the alarm, because you cannot remain indifferent to what happened! We are an association that reflects what we have seen. We had the opportunity to meet with Ivorian authorities shortly after our arrival, after the survey conducted in western Côte d'Ivoire. The Ivorian authorities are committed to combat impunity. We had the opportunity to meet with
Attorney  of Man charged with this investigation, he told us that he had difficulties to continue its investigation because witnesses were afraid to talk to him, because he represents the authorities(who perpetrated the genocide)! you see where the problem is in fact "But on the side of the Ivorian authorities, it is said that you came, you have not taken the time to listen to all versions, including both the Minister and the people who are in charge of education official side.G.M :"We take a different view on that, because we went in Côte d'Ivoire, we stayed 1 month 1 day. And during this time we met the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Interior, Mr. Prime Minister briefly because he had a load that day, he asked us to meet him after. But during our meetings with the two leaders, including the interior minister and the defense minister, we discussed our concern primarily western Côte d'Ivoire, and we also talked about the places of illegal detention in the capital. And there is something quite important, I must say that we also sent a request to the Minister of the Interior for the detainees at the DST(Direction of Territorial Security), this request went unanswered!  For us in our work, it is not to a state of affairs, but it is also important for us to make recommendations, and it was the object of the meetings we had with the Ivorian authorities 'Because when you read the statement from the Ivorian Ministry of Human Right in response to yours, it seems you have made an inquiry for the prosecution against the present Ivorian authorities .G.M :"It can be read that way, but we are not judges, we do not charge for investigations, although the judge also discharge surveys ! We, we investigate the basis of findings, and yet we are not reporting in the details of practices of torture! I take an example, at "THE FREEDOM PLACE" in  YOPOUGON, THERE ARE DETAINED THAT HAVE BEEN IN WATER BARRELS simply in order to get a confession! It is the same for what happened in San Pedro! What is the purpose of the authorities to attack a displaced persons camp?! We had the opportunity to discuss all this with the principal that is the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Defence, and I think perhaps we should have communicated it  in our report! But the Ivorian authorities know very well they have been met "
Thank you very much Mr. Gaetan Mootoo

UN WATCH IVORY COAST wonder how the international  community and medias make so much noise and coverage on Syria so called abuses from Assad  and yet supporting protecting worse in Ivory Coast. We are dealing with a genocide perpetrating regime which under the Bretton Woods immunity act(protecting all staff from international institutions from anything) protecting them from all sort of crimes. Ouattara being a IFM agent he has the license to kill on behalf of the multinationals for which the UN and the French troops are occupying Ivory Coast. Talking about
the "government" not in impunity", and launched commissions of inquiry that are currently working, some reports have already fallen, the sentences will follow ? This is laughable but here we talking about organized massacres so we won't laugh...All those illegally arrested, detained and tortured have not been investigated before their arrest and detention yet when it comes to their side we hear the some excuses " We have launched commissions of inquiry that are currently working, some reports have already fallen, the sentences will follow, or
the instructions are in progress, they are not complete, justice must take its time," . We hear the same at the international level at the ICC when we hear such thing as " If we release Gbagbo he might regain power and continue the exactions"  as if the killings of Ivorian bother them. The UN or the ICC do not care about the death of Ivorians it's the occupation of the land that matter otherwise why on the same subject Gbagbo the supreme Chief of the legal Ivorian Army is incarcerated for killings involving him and his opponent and Ouattara being the supreme Chief of the FRCI is free and still killing, abusing human right, torturing but they are more worry about the one who is not killing but MIGHT ? It's time ti stop insulting the Africans after longtime spent under slavery we are not ready to be back to subduction . At the question which Mt Gaetan Mootoo asked "What is the purpose of the authorities to attack a displaced persons camp?" You could find the answer in the documentary made by the investigative Italian journalist Silvestro Montanaro were the surviving witnesses of Duekoue genocide describe some of the killers as UN/French troopers, only this can explain why the "authorities" want them dead with and this under the nose of the UN. This is not a conspiracy theory it's an ongoing extermination of the real Ivorian opposing the taking over of the country by the multinationals and defending the sovereignty of their nation . As George Soros the greatest evangelist of the new world order puts it any country refusing to open herself to the globalisation or new world order would be destablised.attacked," in one word sovereignty being the enemy of the open society anyone defending the auto sufficiency and economical independance as Gbagbo wanted is opposing the new world penetration or occupation and would pay a high price as the real Ivorian are currently paying. Do you know how much cost the life of any Ivorian defending the sovereignty of his/her country ?

I got this information because we have to extract a parent hands FRCI Babatchè. The "client" who conveyed the FRCI to  our parent has not paid the full 50 000FCFA. Otherwise he would have killed him and thrown his body in nature. It was about an issue of land. You had to pay double what was  asked to the client. We did  move  the parent in another place, he and his family, on the advice of the FRCI. I won't tell you more. Know that Côte d'Ivoire is worse than a jungle where Ouattara FRCI auxiliaries reign in an absolute cruel dictatorship(as reported by Amnesty International)
