Ivory Coast: Land's Law

Ivory Coast: Land's Law
Ivory Coast: Land Law According to a report from France 24 in Ivory Coast, several hectares of forest in western countries  would be ownerless. Since the indigenous do not have sufficient financial means to acquire them, foreigners have legally acquired the land. Yet no land in the world can be  without  owner. Would they say that the natives need to pay to own their own land? That still Ouattara in showing the world that western forests are without an owner? By doing this, Ouattara violates the rights of the inhabitants of the west by taking away their right to dispose of themselves and their land. He wants to legitimize the mass presence of foreigners (mainly from Burkina faso his country of origin) in the  regions that will do nothing else but approve Ouattara's lies under the pretext that it is a readjustment of their right to also own land in Ivory Coast. The FRCI are for this purpose to ensure the proper acquirement of such land by foreigners. Land law is violated, including the 1998 Act which states "no foreigner can own land in Ivory Coast, but can have the lease to exploit." Alassane Ouattara and France are preparing something in this area of Ivory Coast who might be in bad taste for the country. After some of his hungry(for not receiving the money promised ) mercenaries  killed seven UN peacekeepers in the west which was blamed on the "pro-Gbagbo militia"  who allegedly came from LIBERIA, they are brandishing us "their land rights" to be applied in Ivory Coast. Until when will we stand by the actions of Ouattara who only decimate the population both physically and morally? Evelyne OUBAMBA SEA-
