After Gbagbo's spokesman in exile in Ghana was released on bail  for lack of evidence a pro Ouattara daily wrote on its front page

Nord-Sud  tomorrow will certainly have  on its headline "We give 48 hours to Ghana give us back the money stolen from the BCEAO or: THE Borders would remain closed!
