Ivorians and the rest of the Afro caribbean invest occupy London demo at the camp of St. Paul

London UK  Ivorians and the rest of the Afro caribbean invest  occupy London demo at the camp of St. Paul.Bathed in glorious autumn sunshine and surrounded by curious tourists, there was no evidence last night that the protest camp outside St Paul's Cathedral was going anywhere. In fact the aim for many of those braving increasingly chilly nights inside the tents is to be here until Christmas at least. .A week after the occupation began, the consensus among the demonstrators is that the camp growing along the Landmark  of London has been established for the long term. Indeed, the Ivorian and the rest of the Afro Caribbean have just started to join the movement slowly and this is said to be a beginning  .....As senior figures from St Paul's met with City of London Corporation officials over Friday's unexpected announcement that the cathedral would be closed, for the first time since the second world war, over health and safety concerns, camp residents were talking of bedding in for months. Christmas is an aim for some, others say they want to hang on until next summer when the capital hosts the Olympic Games. .
If the cathedral remained closed for the duration of the protests, cancellation of its renowned Christmas services and carol concerts would come as a great disappointment to many.
Peter Vaughan, 24, from Hackney, east London, a volunteer for the Occupy movement, said the camp had evolved into a long-term project. "We plan to stay until we see a change in the direction of the government and its relationship with the financial sector."
Former infantryman David Harris, 36, from Toxteth in Liverpool, was typically defiant. He said: "I'll be here next summer if that's what it takes to change the system."
Hugo de Armas, 37, from Tenerife, whose tent was one of the first to arrive outside St Paul's, said: "We have created a space for dialogue, I hope to stay here for Christmas, longer."
The tented village around St Paul's – 200 canvas homes and counting – has acquired an increasingly permanent feel, and now boasts a bookshop, information centre and a prayer room.
Friday's announcement by the dean of St Paul's that the cathedral had to be closed because of health and safety concerns has, according to protesters, not quelled hopes of a long peaceful occupation. Some 1.9 million people visit Sir Christopher Wren's cathedral, one of the UK's top 10 tourist attractions, every year, with ticket sales worth £16,000 a day.
Canon Peter Bruinvels, a member of the General Synod, said the financial losses caused by the closure were a tragedy. "Clearly now the demonstrators should pack up their tents and go. St Paul's is a greater cause than theirs and they should acknowledge that. The cathedral is losing £20,000 for every day it is shut. It gets no state support. It cannot afford to be shut."
A straw poll of visitors suggested that more than three-quarters believe the Occupy camp complemented the lure of St Paul's. .
Georgios Stergakis, from Thessaloniki, Greece, said that the sight of the 400 or so protesters was a "beautiful" one.
Graphic designer Jacquie Clark, 27, from New York, who has visited the Occupy Wall Street camp, said it was appropriate that the church became a place of protest, a view shared by Australian James McKeenan, 37, from Melbourne, who said: "The backdrop of St Paul's provides a delicious irony, the juxtaposition of the cathedral and tents is really inspiring, it works very well. It's a great movement and an epic building. I am really enjoying the sight of it all together."
Mary Deloi, 62, from Malaysia, said: "The protest adds to the place, everything is very peaceful. Freedom of expression is very important and you appreciate that where I am from."

One member of Anonymous UK said if they were forcibly evicted they would simply move to another London site. "We would start looking for alternative camps before that happened," she said. Throughout yesterday, the police presence remained discreet, its officers still officially tasked with "facilitating a peaceful protest".

Ashley Bignall, 30, from Wandsworth – owner of Star-Books opposite the Starbucks coffee shop – said: "We will do everything to keep going, the longer we are here, the more chance people have to converse with each other." So far, Occupy organisers have introduced fire exits and cleared walkways and access routes for emergency services. It is understood that central to the cathedral's concerns are the legal ramifications if a protester hurts themselves on site. By late afternoon church sources also said that Occupy organisers had yet to officially meet the dean of St Paul's, the Rt Rev Graeme Knowles, who has asked protesters to "let the cathedral get its life back".Earlier, Egyptian activist Nawal el Saadawi addressed protesters on the steps of the cathedral. Celebrating her 80th birthday yesterday she likened the tents around St Paul's to those that occupied Cairo's Tahrir Square during the Egyptian uprising. She said: "All over the world it's a global revolution, we must fight together. Endeed this revolution would soon get new high with presence of African and Caribbean
community but particularly the Ivorians of Britain who have  leaflets which would be bitter pill to swallow for the British government in the form of a letter to be handed out  to the English public as well as tourists. Theyhope it will inspire those of Paris and elsewhere to occupy the Stock Exchange   in their country of residence ...

Les Ivoiriens et la communauté Afro Caraïbeenne investissent la Manifestation "Occupy London"

Royaume-Uni Occuper Londres

London protesters set up new camp

A new camp has been set up by anti-capitalist protesters outside St Paul’s Cathedral as they marked one week of demonstrations. Another encampment of about 30 tents accommodating hundreds of demonstrators inspired by the Occupy Wall Street movement is located nearby in the heart of London’s financial district. The protesters set up camp outside St Paul’s following a day of global marches against corporate greed one week ago. Meanwhile, St Paul’s Cathedral is expected to remain closed on Sunday. The 300-year-old building has been forced to close its doors for the first time since WWII due to the encampments. It is losing approximately $25,000 in tourism revenue every day, officials have said. And very soon  would join the Afrio Carribean community and especially the Ivorians of Great Britain who are currently victims of multinationals crimes in their country of origin  . We all know about the multinationals (Amajero, Elf, Bolor, Bouygues, BP etc ...) of which  the head of the Western states are the sales representatives are the source of conflicts in Africa and other places. The Briton Antony Ward known as of choc Fingers, the King Chocolate  founder of the Amajero empire has its headquarters in the financial district. H is directly involved with his partner in financial corparation George Soros in the war in Ivory Coast which should legitimize the presence of Ivorians among the demonstrators in London ... lets. hope it will last ..... but there is more serious coming, there will be leaflets to inform the public about their right not to pay  income taxes until the government stops the criminal wars in which it is involved in the world. It should be remembered that Britain and France signed a defense agreement which made them now have a common army .... that's why the first tanks arrived at the airport of Abidjan had the Cross of St George's the English flag .... Bi National Ivorian- British  and Ivorians  residents in England may therefore unashamedly join the protesters in London to give this event an international flavor and deeper than that what the accomplice journalists try  to portray in the media. Supposedly a demonstration of anarchists who want to imitate those of wall street ... No it's the beginning of the Revolution as it was said would come forth from London .... Below is the contents of the leaflet for the legal termination of  payment of income tax in the form of a letter addressed to your employer and to the inland revenu .... ps the same law could be valid in all countries. subject to the laws of International Criminal Court.

It has been brought to my attention that British taxpayers are breaking the law. I have
received legal advice that (i) the actions of the U.K. Government in waging war in
Afghanistan and Iraq causing the deaths of innocent civilians are illegal and constitute
the crimes of genocide and a crime against peace and (ii) the actions of British
taxpayers in paying taxes to HM Government which uses them to finance the war and
the killing of Iraqi nationals, constitute crimes of 'conduct ancillary to genocide' and
‘complicity in a crime against peace’. The law states that:

'It is an offence against the law of England and Wales for a person to commit genocide,
a crime against humanity or a war crime, or to engage in conduct ancillary to such an
act. This applies to acts committed in England and Wales or outside the United
Kingdom by a U.K. national, resident or person subject to U.K. service jurisdiction.'1
'Genocide' means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy in whole or
in part a national, ethnical, racial or religious group as such (a) killing members of the
group; (b) causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (c)
deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical
destruction in whole or in part..

Whosoever shall aid, abet, counsel or procure the commission of any indictable offence,
whether the same be an offence at common law or by virtue of any Act passed or to be
passed, shall be liable to be tried, indicted, and punished as a principal offender.2

I am advised that every employee and employer in Britain has a legal duty to withhold
tax payments from the Government until the wars have ended and the crimes have
ceased. As my employer, responsible for the deduction and payment of tax (P.A.Y.E)
from my salary to the U.K. Government, I request that you cease herewith all payments
of tax to the Government and retain and hold them until such time as the crimes have
ceased and lawful payments of tax can resume.

I urge you to pursue this matter with the Collector of Taxes and your legal advisors in
order to ensure that the company, its directors and all its employees are in compliance
with the laws of war

Yours faithfully,

Cordialement,

AFTER YOPOUGON, another meeting of the IPF(Ivorian Popular Front) PROHIBITED. The international cautioned dictatorship is growing.

The IPF(Ivorian Popular Front), we may say, is not yet out of the woods in terms of public gatherings under Ouattara's era . Indeed, after the ban to hold the meeting called "liberation" by Ouattara camp  last Saturday, October 15  in Yopougon, the party dear to President Laurent Gbagbo is seen once again faced with  difficulties in meeting that it intends to organize this Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the National Library in the Plateau. A meeting for which according to the IPF MP of  Plateau, Madi Bouabré who held a press briefing last Thursday Marcory, all steps were followed to inform the authorities. "We took care of sending emails with enlargements to the Commissioner of the 1st district in terms of security, and the mayor of the plateau since 11 October to inform them of what we hold our meeting in the auditorium of the National Library, a closed room containing only 100 people.  This meeting was   the result of the IPF section of the Plateau in connection with the JFPI the OFFPI the CEIFPI and NIEA, to take steps to seek the opinion of activists on our participation in the legislative to come ", said the MP.

But what was the problem for what seems a simple matter of paperwork? In this concern Bouabré Madi said he was surprised to see the authorities do nothing to make it easier for IPF. "We are shown a willingness to keep us from meeting together. First is Ms. Commissioner of the 1st district, who takes us back to his superiors in the department for a safety issue for the boardroom. We then sent a letter to one of the assistants of the Chief of Staff of the Minister of the Interior. The assistant then blames us for not having taken  our disposition in  time since his days of hearings are scheduled on Wednesdays. But we were at his office on Wednesday to meet him in vain. All this for a simple briefing of officials of a section of the party. Although the law in this area does not require to go to the ministry. A meeting is  not a gathering held in the public square. Almost as if for a meeting of the district, you have to contact a minister , "Madi Bouabré deplored .

What solution then recommends the section of the  IPF Plateau  to deal with this impasse? "Well, we take the opinion as witness that the authorities does not leave us to express ourselves as we intend to arrange for the legislation. Do we really want to go to the legislative  with everyone? For the moment, we have to postpone our
Saturday meeting in Plateau  until  we certainly have a positive response of the authorities, " IPF MP of Plateau   ended .

Security of Catholic parishes: Archbishop Kutwa alerts Ouattara

Writing for the 17/10/11 at 9:31

The Archbishop of Abidjan, Archbishop Jean-Pierre Kutwa, said he sought "substantial measures" for the safety of churches, following attacks against six parishes, after a hearing Monday with Alassane Ouattara. Catholic religious buildings visibly suffer the effects of chronic insecurity that exists in Abidjan.

Insecurity which is characterized by robberies orchestrated by veterans of Republican Forces of Côte d'Ivoire (FRCI), suddenly discharged without accompanying measures.

Côte d'Ivoire :Will the ICC investigation be impartial?

s.
But can trust this man and the ICC?
ABIDJAN (AFP) - The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in Abidjan Saturday promised an
"impartial" investigation on crimes committed during the post-election crisis in Ivory Coast, which should cover three to six responsible s.
"We will be totally impartial," insisted Luis Moreno-Ocampo, who arrived Friday night for a 24-hour visit, six months after a crisis that has left some 3,000 dead.
"Three to six people will be investigated," he told a news conference. An "estimate", he said, adding, "we do not know who they are."
Investigators are already deployed on the territory, "will focus on the most heinous crimes and those who have the greatest responsibility," he said, other crimes to be addressed by the Ivorian justice, an unprecedented collaboration in his .
After "Minister" of Justice Jeannot Ahoussou Kouadio and President of the Commission dialogue, truth and reconciliation (CDVR), former Prime Minister Charles Konan Banny, Mr. Moreno-Ocampo met with Alassane Ouattara, who  in May had called the ICC to investigate.
The prosecutor also met with a delegation of the Ivorian Popular Front (FPI) party of Laurent Gbagb  the President of the Republic held in the North since April.
"We are led to more confidence in this justice than in our justice,"
the president of the FPI, Sylvain Miaka Oureto told reporters , hoping that the ICC goes back to the failed coup against Gbagbo in 2002, even the coup of 1999.
Born of the refusal of a recount after the election fraud in areas under control of
Ouattra rebels for presidential elections of November 28, 2010, the crisis, concluded in April after two weeks of war and the kidnapping of the legal and legitimate president invested by the Constitutional Council, made about 3,000 people dead  whose in  majority were killed by the French army and the pro Ouattara forces , epilogue of more than a decade of turmoil in this former French colony once stable and prosperous now recolonized.
The ICC judges have authorized on October 3rd Luis Moreno-Ocampo to investigate crimes against humanity and war crimes committed during the most recent troubles, while leaving open the door to an investigation dating back to 2002.
Ivorian "Justice" illegally holds  in custody and charged   - for endangering the security of the state, economic crimes or crimes of violence - The president, his wife Simone and a hundred personalities of his board, civil or military.
Coincidence, acquaintance of Simone Gbagbo, Captain Anselme Seka Yapo, on the run and accused of serious abuses, was arrested Saturday at Abidjan airport, according to several sources.
No figure of
Ouattara's camp has been sue yet , fueling the suspicion of "victor's justice".
However, the judges of the ICC, claims there is "a reasonable basis" to believe that the pro-Gbagbo forces and pro-Ouattara have committed "attacks against the civilian population", especially in the economic capital Abidjan and in the west, where the UN says a thousand people perished.
Ouattara regime promised to play the game, even if the rebels who fought for Mr. Ouattara in the ranks of Republican Forces (FRCI) could be arrested.
Guillaume Soro, "Prime Minister" and leader of the rebellion, said Oct. 7 that the Ivory Coast was willing to hand over to the ICC  the military in case  they are involved in  "blood crimes".
In Abidjan, a certain tension persists in any case before the semblance of  the legislative elections  of December
11th .In a violent crackdown by Ouattara armed men  who feared that the real international community realizes that he has never won anything and can not earn anything in Ivory Coast, the FPI was prevented on Saturday 15 to hold yet  its peaceful meeting . A rally was marred by clashes last week in the town of Kumasi and this time in Yopougon  the UN soldiers were present and assisted if not  indirectly involved in a violent repression and also refrained  from the right to protect the population(Gbogbo's supporters) for which they are mandated in Ivory Coast. so there is no doubt that this institution is the military arm of the Mafia's new order and multinationals. How can we expect in this atmosphere an ICC investigation  an institution founded by the same mafia (George Soros) who runs the UN / IMF and Ouattara's friend?
