The UN entangled in its own mess in Ivory Coast

Susan Rice said few months ago during a tv interview ( on the reason why Russia and China do not support the idea of power change in Syria) that Russia and China believe it would be like the UN did in Libya and Ivory Coast,She then went on to say that :  "the case of Côte d'Ivoire/Ivory Coast, the people had elected a President, but actually the UN got involved and saw that the elections did not happen in suitable conditions and that the votes were manipulated and therefore decided to get involved to install the appropriate person. and this was done using military means" . Now if we put Mrs Susan Rice controversial statement together with the declaration of the spokeperson of the  UN  representative  in Côte d'Ivoire Mr Kenneth Blackman made during his weekly press briefing   saying" The future of Côte d'Ivoire will also depend on how the justice sector will run  , which has to be  equitable ... the UN structure has difficulty to ascertain the conditions of detention of persons arrested in some places of detention in Abidjan ";  We wonder how on earth  after all these evidences any other UN officer  can urge the Ivorian population to respect the authority of the state (personified by Ouattara) who has never been elected by the people of Ivory Coast as conformed by the US Ambassador at the UN Mrs Susan Rice. We remember and still hearing it today all over the news " Ouattara the international recognized president" yes but not the national elected president that's where the whole situation has been messed up  by the so called international community and the UN. The people of Ivory Coast would never respect or submit to a non Ivorian imposed by military means and to make it worse by a so called international community against their chosen candidate who was overthrown.If we add to all this the lack of impartiality and neutrality, fighting along side one party against the others, non monitoring the arms embargo, illicit traffic of goods out of the country,  non implementation of the mandate such disarming the rebels, protecting civilians without discrimination, there are so many reasons to accuse the UN of crime without any doubt .  Obviously the UN  is playing itself when it calls for reconciliation when in one hand Ouattara can commit  genocide and all kind of crimes in all impunity and have the the UN protection while victims are without protections, So then given that there cannot be peace without justice and justice stands on truth all we can advise is to clean up their mess by going back to the recounting of the vote, the respect of the people choice first then all would be resolved is easy as that. The most surprising in all that is that these guys chose to bombard civilians rather than recounting a vote and no one did not see anything wrong with that criminal anti democratic act.
