And since Mr Kenneth Blackman, deputy spokesman of UNOCI said recently in his weekly press briefing that the UN structure has difficulty to ascertain the conditions of detention of persons arrested in some places of detention in Abidjan here's a nice opportunity to invite these UNOCI thugs at the rally with the international press ....
