OUATTARA regime is stifling democracy! YOPOUGON refuses to let it be !

Saturday, October 15, 2011 OUATTARA regime is stifling democracy! YOPOUGON refuses to let it be !

Very early this morning, Ouattara has deployed its forces to prevent the meeting of JFPI. Very excited, forces demolished the podium and removed the chairs and tarps that were used for the meeting. at the Cp1, place  the mythical place of the  resistance which was used as a place of resistance was quickly surrounded to prevent militants and sympathizers of the Ivorian Popular Front (FPI) party of President Gbagbo  to access it. But it was not including the determination of young Ivorians mainly pro-Gbagbo. As the video below shows , in front of the guns of assassins FRCI (pro-Ouattara Forces), they danced and chanted the name of President Gbagbo.

"We are ready to die for Gbagbo," shouted some activists, while others asserted without any fear and face FRCI soldiers at the scene, "we will not move from here until the direction of the IPF has not not say itself that the meeting is canceled. "

FRCI of which were dresses in Fds (force of defense and security) uniform, as shown in the images below, to make it  appear that  it was the national army of Ivory Coast, the Republican army, agreed with the totalitarian excesses of  Ouattara
regime .

image-JFPI-15-October-CP1-image-4.png JFPI-15-October-CP1-6.png

A coarse farce which will soon be unmasked. As one man, young people stood up to face these soldiers of Ouattara, but without using violence, to say no to the return of one party .

The FRCI despite the presence of UN forces from UNOCI contingent will no think twice to violently reppress the peaceful event, which was not officially banned.

It should be stressed at the same time, not far from there, instead Figgayo, the RDR, the party of Alassane Ouattara, was holding a meeting, well supported by the FRCI. Here the rule of law that Ouattara promised Ivorian.

Apartheid style New World Order ‘s crimes…….

The UNOCI condemns the incidents at a pro-Gbagbo rally
The UN Operation in Côte d’Ivoire (UNOCI) today condemned the violent incidents over the weekend during a meeting of `supporters`of President Laurent Gbagbo, while the party of Mr Alassane Ouattara, denounced a “manipulation”.
“UNOCI strongly condemns and deplores the violent incidents occurred Saturday, October 8 at a meeting of the Ivorian Popular Front (FPI, Gbagbo’s party) in Abidjan. Such acts must stop immediately to allow a quiet and peaceful conduct of the election campaign and the `normal exercise of the democratic game,” She said in a statement.
The UN mission has asked the “authorities” to “shed light” on these incidents and their perpetrators, and launched “an urgent appeal” for a hold back in order to contribute to national reconciliation and consolidation of lasting peace.”
AFP
The evidences are overwhelming through the attitudes of the UN and the so called international community in Ivory Coast that the R2P (The Right To Protect )was simply a lie and an excuse of the NWO to instal one of their bases for the exploitation of the the Guinean Golf resources….. A lawsuit can therefore be filed against Ban Ki Moon as well as all his accomplices (Obama, Cameron . Sarkozy)…..for apartheid since they discriminate which civilians are worth protecting(Gbagbo supporters are not to be protected only verbal condemnations are enough. even after a genocide), of genocide, electoral frauds , violation of the UN charter to sanction the Apartheid style New World Order crimes through its institutions(UN, IMF, ICC) and NGO (Human Right Watch Amnesty International etc )…

HRW =Hatred Recycling Worldwide

Most of the causes of the Ivorian newest conflict are well known: discrimination orchestrated for ten years by the State against northern Ivorians and West African immigrants, based on the notion of manipulated citizenship , incitement to hatred against these groups, the proliferation of violent militias and their close collaborations with elite security forces of Laurent Gbagbo, and the failures of the judicial system and more directly, the refusal of Laurent Gbagbo to step down after losing the second round of elections. The pro-Gbagbo forces sparked hostilities immediately after the election, and expanded and intensified their attacks as and when the crisis developed. Ultimately, their actions include war crimes and possibly crimes against humanity, including responsibility back into the highest echelons of the army and civil society.

The above conclusion of the HRW is a proof that the international community mafia is behind the genocide in Ivory Coast...Mr Choi in a recent interview about the conflict admitted that the crimes did not exist otherwise the UN would had intervened long before(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8Vz4ldzULQ).. And we had have video recorded of staging death of the so called Northern Ivorian killed by pro Gbagbo all this with orchestrated by the French National media TF1 with the UN as they did with PALLYHOOD(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVlrzcZQ0NI)......We can go back as far as 1999 to show that the French with the influence at the UN manipulated everything from the failled coup to the coup which imposed Ouattara virtually at the "head" of State..Yes We say virtually because it's not a secret that legally is not but even worse is that we have a French government dictating everything they also receive from the US..... We have all the proofs and we can start by the so called Northern Ivoirian, by letting the real Northern Ivorian tell about the fact that they have never been discriminated against by Gbagbo( the open letter of Ouattara's maternal Uncle to the leader of the Muslim community is a proof http://acc-ivorycoast.ivoire-blog.com/archive/2011/09/28/abou-cisse-uncle-of-alassane-ouattara-to-the-imam-aboubacar.html ) of so ,is Gbagbo a tribalist as HRW portrays him in their report or what's the truth ? http://abidjan-news.over-blog.com/article-is-president-gbagbo-tribalist-85396786.html ,secondly the so called notion of manipulated citizenship in the first place is not manipulated and secondly it was inst by the ally the Ouattara and not Gbagbo . Every souvereign country has his own constitution and in Ivory Coast as in many Western countries the citizenship has to be applied for it could accepted or rejected and thay has nothing to do with manipulation nor discrimination. There's no crimination in the US for an American who is not of American origin or is not born on American soil to be a presidential candidat, as in France since few years now anyone born in France is not automatically French as it was the case before, so why Ivorian notion of citizenship is labelled manipulated ? Well only the agenda of Soros new world order open society could manipulate the medias and the world he controls through his financial empire to come up to this conclusion. For those od us who know about Ivory Coas Ouattara was the one who brought the stay ID card imposed to immigrant while he was Prime Minister in the early 90's ....The very thing which sparked the constant controls of immigrants ID's..... Ask yourself why Ghanaian , Lebanese, Moroccan and other communities never complained? Human Right Watch is the accomplice of the human right abuse do you want more proofs ? George Soros the founder of the mafia NGO a true new world order evangelist said :
———-
“Sovereignty is not “a right”, but rather a “responsibility”, and can be overuled by the international community if necessary.”
nice..so the UN can do what it wants now..and george likes that..he also likes to remake economies and has been up to that as well but hardly anyone wants to tell us what hes up to..and as for the usa taking on more debt..putting out the fire..with gasoline?...

Organizations Funded Directly by George Soros and his Open Society Institute
On of them is the Humana Rights Watch and you just have to go through all their points to see that stand for everything Soros is about but definitely not for truth and human right given Soros low moral standard.... could you imagine someone who has been fined for frauds in various countries standing for truth and Human right ?
Human Rights Watch: This group directs a disproportionate share of its criticism at the United States and Israel. It opposes the death penalty in all cases, and supports open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens.

Soros explains that the ideal open society would suppress particular national interests, while an international political and financial structure takes responsibility for the so-called common good.
Accordingly, Soros arms his philanthropic organizations with cash, buying up key sectors within the population who are then let loose to overthrow a government that tries to maintain a “closed society.” If a nation wishes to control its own natural resources (as was the case of Gbagbo and Ivory Coast), it’s a closed society. If a nation wants to develop its economy and power of labor through tariffs and regulations, it’s a closed society. Any nation that rejects globalization (i.e., multinationals imperialism), is a closed society and subject to attacks from Soros and his shadow government of national agents(NTC, RHDP, PA, etc...)

The Open Society Institute (OSI), Human Rights Watch, the Soros Foundation, the Extractive Industries Transparency Institute, are all British-style intelligence outfits under the supervision of Soros. In 2002, Soros admitted to personally spending over $2.1 billion in five years on his philanthropic ventures. Of his organizations, he writes, “They work with the government when they can and independently of the government when they cannot; sometimes they are in outright opposition.
When foundations can cooperate with the government, they can be more effective; when they cannot, their work is more needed. As a general rule, the worse the government, the better the foundation because it enjoys the commitment and support of civil society.”
Whatever they view as “closed society” behavior is brought before the tribunal of the paid-for demos; or, if the behavior seriously threatens imperial interests, the UN, World Bank, IMF, WTO, etc., can be mobilized to implement sanctions.This process of subjecting a sovereign nation to a fixed international standard of behavior is called, “transparency.” The fixed relationship among those subject nations is called Empire.
So here again as it's the case with Libya there's no human right violation otherwise there wouldn't need a fake and stage death to incriminate the so called dictators(Gbagbo and Kadhaffi).....

ICC Case", the official reaction of the IPF.

ICC Case", the official reaction of the I.PF
Press Release

In a dispatch dated October 3, 2011, Agence France Presse (AFP) tells us that the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) was authorized by the senior international court, upon request, to open "an investigation into the alleged crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court allegedly committed in Côte d'Ivoire since November 28, 2010. "
The management of the IPF, which was informed by the press, welcomes the decision of the Trial Chamber III of the ICC decision on September 30. This decision, which is not an indictment against one or more specific persons, entails.
our membership. In fact, it meets our concerns on two issues that seem fundamental to a fair and impartial justice that we call our best wishes in this matter. They are:
1. The inclusion of crimes against humanity allegedly committed during what was called post-election crisis, by all forces, namely:
- The Armed Forces of Forces Nouvelles (FAFN) renamed Republican Forces of Côte d'Ivoire (FRCI) in post-election crisis;
- The
UN and French "impartial" forces (Licorne and UNOCI);
- The regular forces of Côte d'Ivoire, former SDF (Forces for Defence and Security).

2. The extension of the same survey period from 2002 to 2010 period for which the Trial Chamber III has also asked the Prosecutor to "provide additional information at its disposal to crimes that could potentially meet the jurisdiction of the ICC. "

These provisions of the decision of the high international court are likely to shed light on all the facts  that can be classified as crimes against humanity allegedly committed in Côte d'Ivoire since the failed coup d'état against the regime of President Laurent Gbagbo, on the night of 18 to 19 September 2002 to date. They augur well for a fair, just and impartial trtial. This is the place to note that the IPF remains committed to strengthening the rule of law, protecting the dignity of the human person.

President Laurent Gbagbo,
whom this political party has led to the head of the Ivory Coast, through democratic polls in 2000, has continued to work for the promotion of the rule of the of law of the stste during his tenure. This vision was reflected in the creation of the National Commission on Human Rights composed of all shades of social, political and religious.

The IPF regrets, therefore, that despite the presumption of innocence - a fundamental and universal right which he enjoys - like any citizen of the world, we want to have to devote President Laurent Gbagbo to public obloquy, by presenting  him as the target of criminal investigations that will soon open.

One may say that  he is the cause of this deadly crisis, because he refused to cede power, after the last presidential election. In doing so, and unfortunately we forget too easily that the Ivory Coast is a state of law abiding in which the final outcome of the presidential election is declared in accordance with applicable law, by the only competent court, the Constitutional Council. The high national court having invested and proclaimed President Laurent Gbagbo winner on 4 December 2010, he did not return to it to challenge the judicial decision.

Under these conditions, the IPF keeps itself already willing to contribute to the proper conduct of investigations for the determination of the truth. It also calls on Ivorians in general and its supporters in particular, be prepared and mobilized to make available to the ICC investigators all evidence that could help shed light on the alleged facts.

-          Les Forces Armées des Forces Nouvelles (FAFN) rebaptisées Forces Républicaines de Côte d’Ivoire (F.R.C.I.) en pleine crise postélectorale ;
-          Les forces impartiales françaises et onusiennes (Licorne et ONUCI) ;
-          Les forces régulières de Côte d’Ivoire, ex-F.D.S. (Forces de Défense et de Sécurité).

http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSSJqnAPdZM__IAIU1NFSW8eUzr_CVWq2Ib1TyXqwof4rbSgA8j

URGENT "Press Release Spokesperson of President Laurent Gbagbo"

This Monday, October 3, 2011, the International Criminal Court has issued a statement that the Trial Chamber III granted the Prosecutor of the Republic Near this Court has `open an investigation into alleged crimes within the jurisdiction of the ICC allegedly committed in Cote d'Ivoire since November 28, 2010.
The judges also asked the "Prosecutor to provide any additional information that is available to the crimes that may fall within the jurisdiction of the Court allegedly committed between 2002 and 2010." Following this news from `the ICC, President Laurent Gbagbo made the following observations:
I / Period of investigation

The authorization of the initiation of the investigation given by the Trial Chamber only for the period running from November 28, 2010. President Gbagbo noted that this period is requested by Mr. Ouattara, a party to the conflict.
President Laurent Gbagbo asked about the reason for the authorization of the initiation of the investigation concerns only the period requested by his opponent, Mr. Ouattara, while the chamber is also interested in crime since 2002 which is the starting year of the armed rebellion that claims to be of Mr. Ouattara. Why did she not wait to have  enough information on the remaining period of the crisis for which it is seeking additional information. The junction of the facts between the two periods is obvious, it would have been just that the House receives all information about the two periods which in fact form one, since the post election situation was only picnic as there have been others since the armed rebellion of 2002, which everyone knows now that she was acting on behalf of Ouattara. The alignment of the Court over the will of one party to the conflict casts doubt on his decision. This suspicion is strengthened when one takes into account the troubling circumstances of initiation of this investigation

B / The circumstances of the initiation
President Laurent Gbagbo would inform the national and international public opinion that the permit investigation took place the day after the visit of Michel Mercier, the Minister of Justice and Minister of Justice and the freedoms of the Government French, Thursday, September 29, 2011. During this visit, he met with the President of the Court, Mr. and Mrs. BLOOD SONG Hyan the Chief Registrar, Ms Silvana Arbia.
This visit took place immediately following that made by the emissary of the Ivorian Government, the Minister of Human Rights, who also traveled to The Hague headquarters of the ICC to meet with officials of the Court after been received previously by the French authorities. One remembers his statements to the press
that was, on transfer of President Laurent Gbagbo  to the ICC  ` was the condition of reconciliation in Cote d'Ivoire and would cool down the debate on the parliamentary elections .
Finally, the initiation of the investigation comes just days after the first meeting
with Ouattara that the President has finally deigned  to political parties and groups that are close to President L. Gbagbo to allow the relaunch  political debate, the sine qua non of a true reconciliation
The visits of the effluent of the Ivorian Government and the emissary of President SARKOZY, just days before the authorization of the initiation of the investigation can not but  feeding  that suspicion about the credibility of the decision. These visits confirmed the political role that it sought  want to play to the Court. President Gbagbo sees the presence of the French President's envoy in The Hague  visible manifestation of the political pressure that Mr. SARKOZY has on the court. The latter continues to use state power that the French people entrusted to him for working against him and the Ivorian people.
In addition, there should be a worry about the potential impact of an investigation sufficiently politicized judiciary on the political debate that seems to begin in Cote d'Ivoire. President Gbagbo expresses serious doubts on the will of his opponents to go for national reconciliation, however, say they seek.
Ultimately, President Gbagbo, remained committed to justice that stands on the truth of the facts. President Gbagbo is that the world knows what happened in his country. He expects that he explains why, when he was democratically elected in 2000, an armed rebellion which we now know all the sponsors, has attacked his country in the indifference of the international community. He also wondered why the French army has killed Ivorians in 2004 and 2011 in the silence of the world. President Gbagbo is waiting shed light on all these crimes and all others that are trying to hide. He waits for the right to be told and that justice is done not just to please the winners of the illegal war that has been delivered, but that finally the truth is finally known on the Ivorian crisis since 2002. It is to that end, he wrote to the Secretary General of the UN, Mr Ban Ki Moon, calling for the establishment of an international commission of inquiry has `the effect of establishing that killings of women suspected of Abobo and determine if the authors and sponsors. That's why he denounced the activism of his opponents declared that aims to exploit the rule of Justice for political debate, he has repeatedly called the same bombs.
Being fully engaged in the fight for the sovereignty of African nations, President Gbagbo protested against the fact that the courts Ivorian expression of that sovereignty be relieved simply by the will of President SARKOZY, an important issue who are interested primarily in the Ivorian people. It is good to know the opinion that the Department of Human Rights of UNOCI also had reservations about the possibility of a transfer of President Laurent Gbagbo to the ICC, since it is not a threat to social peace in Cote d'Ivoire.
Finally, President Laurent Gbagbo considers as belonging to defamation, the statements relayed by some media, including Agence France Presse (AFP) under which the post-election crisis was born following his refusal to recognize the victory of Mr. Ouattara .
