Le plus riche du secteur de la société française promet encore 3 pour cent de leur revenu annuel pour aider à la bataille du pays dans sa crise de la dette croissante. Le Premier ministre français annonce une coupure de quelque 12 milliards d’euros , aux côtés de sombres prévisions pour la croissance. Mais comme l’explique Daniel Bushell de RT(Russia TV), le geste pourrait être trop peu, trop tard, avec les craintes d’ agitations sociales qui pourraient suivre . Et pourtant la France prévoit de fournir une aide humanitaire en Libye de deux milliards d’euros (2,9 milliards $), le ministre des Affaires étrangères français, Bernard Valero a déclaré vendredi. …… Qu’espérez vous en dehors des émeutes partout en France quand le Hongrois de la pègre parisienne va dilapider des milliards d’euros pour aider des rebelles gangsters Libyen pendant qu’il laisse crever les Français ? Paris to provide Libya with $3 billion in aid

France plans to provide Libya with humanitarian assistance worth two billion euros ($2.9 bln), French Foreign Ministry spokesman Bernard Valero said on Friday.
"After a meeting between President [Nicolas Sarkozy] and the prime minister of Libya's National Transitional Council in Paris, we are working on specific assistance measures we can render Libyans on the national level," Valero told journalists.
"This is several billion euros or dollars, probably over two billion," he said.
The uprising against Muammar Gaddafi's 42-year rule began in Libya in February. An international military operation "to protect civilians" in Libya began on March 19 following a UN resolution.
Rebel forces are controlling large swaths of the country and most of the capital, Tripoli. Libya's rebel National Transitional Council (NTC) announced on Thursday it would soon start governing the country from Tripoli.
The NTC on Wednesday offered an amnesty, as well as a $1.3-million reward, for anyone who captures or kills Gaddafi.Yet the richest sector of French society are pledging another 3 per cent of their annual income to help the country battle its deepening debt crisis. That's as the French Prime Minister announces some 12 billion Euro worth of cuts, alongside gloomy forecasts for growth. But as RT's Daniel Bushell explains, the move could be too little too late, with fears social unrest could follow......What do you expect apart from riots all over the country ?????

Abdul Jalil, Chairman of the CNT and Western media of the Crusaders and their African relay in their columns published on Friday, August 26, 2011 that the Ivory Coast would have recognized the CNT (National Transition Council), a gang of armed rebels and allies white settlers, as the only legitimate authority in Libya.
This grotesque information, which is inconsistent with the aspirations and the belief of the Sovereign People of Côte d'Ivoire worth including his faith in the true independence of African Nations, we are shocked and thundered like yet another betrayal orchestrated by Ouattara to sully the dignity of the Ivorians.
Also, very respectful of the sovereignty of Nations, the Permanent Revolution felt a duty to respond. Therefore, this article 67-bis of the Permanent Revolution is to remove any ambiguity about the position of Dramane Ouattara on the issue  Libyan falsely presented as the  real position of the Ivory Coast  .
Indeed, we have already noted in the 66th Article of the Permanent Revolution: there are now two Ivory Coast. the Ivory Coast of fictional television imaginary Dramane Ouattara and the real Ivory Coast, of Ivorians who are organizing to get rid of the fraud that affected the country since April 11, 2011, date on which the country has momentarily lost its sovereignty in the same conditions as those going through Libya.
This Ivory Coast remains real standing in the heart and mind of Ivorians, and did not recognize, will never recognize an armed service of the new invaders of Africa, as a legitimate authority?
This accuracy is particularly important as the adage says that "he who is silent consents." So we raise our voices to say: neither close nor far the worthy people of Ivory Coast, will be recognized in the pronouncements of "government" deception and servility of Dramane Ouattara! Standing, the Patriots and worthy of Ivory Coast, Africa join proud to say they recognize that the Libyan leader and his government as the sole legitimate authority that embodies the aspirations of the Libyan people.
Before history, we have expressed our position as Africans deserve. Before history, we have taken an official stand against deception and the colonial Franco-Americano-British re-colonization of Africa. Before history, we dissociate firmly, the vagaries of the voltaic impostor  Dramane Ouattara and his gang of thieves, who are temporarily installed at the head of the Ivory Coast under the same conditions as their counterparts in the CNT Libya.
Africa is our land. It will remain to us, son of Africa. And we leave to our descendants, free of vermin Western organized gangs of thugs and thieves to plunder our wealth and enslave our Nations.
While standing, we are to fight the invaders! Standing, we will defeat the thief, the criminal, the scavenger West and its allies engaged in the most servile rural Africa' !
The political underworld is not worthy of Africa. Ouattara is not worthy of the Ivorian president and his positions in African affairs did not commit!

Libye : La Côte d’Ivoire ne reconnaît pas le CNT

Abdul Jalil, président du CNT LibiyenneLes média des croisés occidentaux et leurs relais africains ont publié dans leurs colonnes le vendredi 26 août 2011 que la Côte d’Ivoire aurait reconnu le CNT (Conseil National de Transition), une bande de rebelles armés et alliés du colonisateur Blanc, comme la seule autorité légitime de la Libye.

Cette information grotesque, qui ne cadre pas avec les aspirations et la conviction du Peuple souverain de la Côte d’Ivoire digne notamment sa foi en l’Indépendance vraie des Nations d’Afrique, nous a choqué et a tonné comme la énième trahison orchestrée par Dramane OUATTARA pour souiller la dignité des Ivoiriens.

Aussi, très respectueuse de la souveraineté des Nations, la Révolution Permanente s’est sentie le devoir de réagir. C’est pourquoi, cet Article 67-bis de la Révolution Permanente tient-il à lever toute équivoque quant à la position de Dramane OUATTARA sur la question libyenne, position fallacieusement présentée comme étant celle la Côte d’Ivoire réelle.

En effet, nous l’avons déjà relevé dans l’Article 66ème de la Révolution Permanente : il y a désormais deux Côte d’Ivoire. La Côte d’Ivoire fictive, télévisuelle, imaginaire de Dramane OUATTARA et la Côte d’Ivoire réelle, la Côte d’Ivoire des Ivoiriens qui s’organisent pour se débarrasser de l’imposture qui a affecté ce pays depuis le 11 avril 2011, date à laquelle ledit pays a perdu momentanément sa Souveraineté dans les mêmes conditions que celles que traverse la Libye.

Cette Côte d’Ivoire réelle qui reste debout dans le cœur et l’esprit des Ivoiriens, n’a pas reconnu et ne reconnaîtra jamais une bande armée au service des nouveaux envahisseurs de l’Afrique, comme une autorité légitime !

Cette précision est d’autant plus importante que l’adage dit que « celui qui ne dit mot consent ». Alors nous levons notre voix pour dire : ni de près, ni de loin, le Peuple digne de Côte d’Ivoire, ne se reconnaît dans les prises de position du gouvernement d’imposture et de servilité de Dramane OUATTARA ! Debout, les Patriotes et dignes de Côte d’Ivoire, se joignent à l’Afrique digne pour dire qu’ils ne reconnaissent que le Guide Libyen et son Gouvernement légitime comme l’unique Autorité qui incarne les aspirations du Peuple libyen.

Devant l’Histoire, nous avons exprimé notre position en tant qu’Africains dignes. Devant l’Histoire, nous avons pris officiellement position contre l’imposture coloniale et le projet franco-américain de recolonisation de l’Afrique. Devant l’Histoire, nous nous désolidarisons avec fermeté, des errements de l’Imposteur voltaïque Dramane OUATTARA et sa bande de voleurs, qui ont été installés momentanément à la tête de la Côte d’Ivoire dans les mêmes conditions que leurs homologues du CNT en Libye.

L’Afrique est notre terre. Elle restera à nous, fils de l’Afrique. Et nous la léguerons à nos descendants, débarrassée de la vermine occidentale organisée en bandes de voyous et de voleurs pour piller nos richesses et asservir nos Nations.

Alors, debout, nous le sommes pour combattre les envahisseurs ! Debout, nous allons vaincre le pillard, le criminel, le charognard occidental et ses alliés recrutés dans les milieux africains les plus serviles !

La pègre politique ne représente pas l’Afrique digne. Dramane OUATTARA n’est pas le président des Ivoiriens dignes et ses prises de position dans les affaires africaines ne les engagent pas !

The role of active support to the rebels  by some NATO forces in Libya, including in the hunt for Muammar Gaddafi and his family, is becoming increasingly clear, despite official denials of the alliance claiming  to stick to the strict mandate of the UN.

The UK in particular, spearheaded alongside of France who triggered the intervention six months ago, takes less precaution.
Its Ministry of Defence said  on Friday that British planes had bombed at night a large bunker in Sirte used as HQ in the hometown of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi on the run, just as the search for the "Guide" of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya is a priority of the insurgents.
The day before, the British Minister of Defence Liam Fox was openly acknowledge the contribution of NATO in search of Muammar Gaddafi.
"I can confirm that NATO provides information and reconnaissance equipment  to the National Transition Council to help locate Colonel Gaddafi and other remaining members of the regime," said Liam Fox, the taking-up against official statements  of the Atlantic Alliance.
NATO continues to assert(lie) that it does not liaise with the rebels and it is not Gaddafi. "There is no military coordination with the rebels," said the spokesman for the Alliance Oana Lungescu, "we are conducting operations in Libya according to the letter our mandate" of the Security Council of the UN limiting the action to protect civilians.(LIES)
For Shashank Joshi, an analyst at the Royal United Services Institute in London, this is purely a precautionary oratory.
NATO's assertion "is totally absurd," he says, "it is a necessary fiction to stick to the limits of UN Resolution 1973 and avoid legal problems and policies, "said he.
Russia and China in particular had both abstained to veto in the Security Council in February with the resolution 1973 which paved the way for Western intervention, but have been quick to blame the allies to go beyond their prerogatives.
"There are elements showing very clearly that NATO has not only helped the rebels but was a decisive and crucial partner for them. She was involved in a coordination andvery close support , without which the rebels  couldn't have get so far in the conflict "Judge M. Joshi.
According to British newspaper Daily Telegraph, members of the SAS (Special Air Service) are deployed on the ground in Libya for several weeks and played a key role in coordinating the battle of Tripoli, while NATO claims to have no soldiers on the ground.
And according to an AFP journalist in Libya, French agents operating undercover are present for several weeks with the rebels on the Eastern Front. The French Government also acknowledged in the past, air drops of weapons to the attention of the Jebel Nefoussa rebels in the west.
A Western official, who requested anonymity, said that if the special forces are well on the ground they "follow the orders of their national commands" and not NATO as such.
For François Heisbourg, special adviser to the Foundation for Strategic Research (FRS), the role of special forces alongside the Libyan rebels is very important "for the designation of targets, coordination between ground and air fronts, the supply of arms and education ".

The Libyan army soldiersFive months after the bombing began, it is no longer possible to believe the official version of the early events in Libya and massacres attributed to "Gaddafi regime." Simultaneously, we must now take account of legal and diplomatic response of Libyan highlighting crimes against peace committed by TV propaganda, war crimes perpetrated by NATO military, and crimes against humanity committed by political leaders of the Atlantic Alliance.
Just under half of Europeans still support the war against Libya. Their position is based on incorrect information. They actually believe, in fact taht the "Gaddafi regime" was bloodily suppressing demonstrations in Benghazi in February and bombed neighborhoods in Tripoli, while the colonel himself had promised to pour "rivers of blood" if his compatriots continued to challenge his authority.
In two months of fieldwork, I could see for myself that these accusations are borne of pure propaganda, designed by the NATO powers to create the conditions of war, and relayed around the world over their television Al-Jazeera, CNN, BBC and France24.
The reader who knows where to be in this debate and, despite the brainwashing of September 11 and weapons of mass destruction from Saddam Hussein, is reluctant to consider that the United States, France, the UK and Qatar were able to fabricate such lies, however, can form an opinion over time. NATO, the largest military coalition in history, failed bombing in five months to reverse the one she described as a "tyrant." Every Friday, a large demonstration in support of the plan is organized in a different city in the country and all experts now agree that Colonel Gaddafi has at least 90% of popular support in Tripolitania and at 70% across the entire country, including areas "rebels". These people suffer every day of the blockade, aerial bombardment and ground fighting. They never argue with their flesh and blood individual who has committed crimes against them which he is accused by the "international community". The difference between those who believe in the West that Gaddafi is a tyrant who has drawn on his own people, and those who believe that Libya is a hero of the anti-imperialist struggle is that the former live in illusion created by propaganda TV, while others have on-site experience of reality.

There is a second illusion suffered by the West-and I include now in the court "Western", not only but also the monarchies of the Gulf Cooperation Council and Turkey, although Eastern culture that have chosen this camp: they still think it is still possible to devastate a country and kill its people without legal consequences. It is true that, until now, international justice has been a justice of the victors or the powerful. Not to mention the International Criminal Court, the secular European colonial powers in Africa.
However, the development of instruments and organs of international justice in the twentieth century has gradually established an international order in which the superpowers themselves will have to comply, where they will sabotage to escape their responsibilities. In the case of Libya, there are countless violations of international law. Here are the main, as they were established by the Provisional Technical organ Libyan-ministerial coordination and described by counsel for the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, the French Marcel Ceccaldi [1], at various conferences press.
TV channels which, under the leadership of their respective Governments, have manufactured false information to lead to war, are guilty of "crimes against peace", as defined by the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly of the UN adopted in the aftermath of World War II [2]
The journalist-propagandists should be considered more culpable even than the military who carried out war crimes or crimes against humanity, to the extent that any of these crimes have been possible without the one that preceded the "crime against peace."
Political leaders of the Atlantic Alliance who hijacked the Resolution 1973 of the object to engage in a war of aggression against a sovereign state is personally responsible to the International Justice. According to the jurisprudence in the aftermath of World War II by the Tokyo Tribunal, the crimes are not the result of states or organizations, but individuals. Plunder the assets of a state, establish a naval blockade and bombing of infrastructure for hurting people, attacking an army in its barracks and ordered to assassinate enemy leaders, and failing, to terrorize them by murdering their families, are much of war crimes. The commission of systematic, as is the case today, is a crime against humanity. This crime is inalienable, which means that MM. Obama, Sarkozy, Cameron and Al-Thani will be prosecuted by the Justice for life.
NATO as an organization, is legally responsible for material and human damage of this war. There is no doubt right that it must pay, even though it surely will try to invoke a privilege of jurisdiction to escape its responsibilities. It is then for the Alliance to see how to divide the bill for the conflict between Member States, even though some of them are on the verge of bankruptcy. This will be followed disastrous economic consequences for their people, guilty of these crimes endorsed. And in a democracy no one can claim to be innocent of the crimes committed in its name.
International Justice will have to address more specifically the case of "government" Sarkozy-I used here to emphasize that this anglicism now the French president led directly to the policy of his government without going through his prime minister-. Indeed, France has played a central role in preparing for this war in October 2010 by organizing a failed attempt of military coup and then by planning with the United Kingdom as early as November 2010 bombing of Libya and a landing ground which was believed then possible, and finally by actively participating in deadly unrest in Benghazi which led to the war. In addition, France, more than any other power, has deployed special forces on the ground, certainly without their uniforms, and violated the arms embargo on supplying the insurgents, either directly or through aircraft-Qatari. Not to mention that France has violated UN freezing of Libyan assets, diverting some of the fabulous cash of the Fund for the benefit of Libyan ruler puppet of CNT at the expense of the Libyan people who believed the well-being of its children after the oil exhausted.
These gentlemen of NATO hoped to escape international justice in a few days by crushing their victim, Libya, so qu'ellel would have survived to continue, will have become disillusioned. Libya is still there. She filed complaints with the International Criminal Court, the Belgian courts (jurisdiction on which NATO), the European Court of Justice, national courts of aggressor states. It conducts business before the Council of Human Rights in Geneva, the Security Council and General Assembly of the United Nations. It will not be possible for big powers to put out fires all at once. Worse, the arguments they use to escape from a court before they will turn against one another. In a few weeks in a few months if they have not succeeded in destroying Tripoli, they will not have other loopholes to avoid convictions as humiliating to negotiate a high price for the withdrawal of complaints.

Cinq mois après le début des bombardements, il n’est plus possible de croire la version officielle du début des évènements en Libye et des massacres imputés au « régime de Kadhafi ». Simultanément, il faut désormais tenir compte de la riposte judiciaire et diplomatique libyenne qui met en évidence les crimes contre la paix commis par la propagande TV, les crimes de guerre perpétrés par les militaires de l’OTAN, et les crimes contre l’humanité commis par les dirigeants politiques de l’Alliance atlantique.

Une petite moitié d’Européens soutiennent encore la guerre contre la Libye. Leur position se fonde sur des informations erronées. Ils croient en effet encore que le « régime de Kadhafi » a réprimé dans le sang des manifestations à Benghazi en février et a bombardé des quartiers de Tripoli, tandis que le colonel lui-même aurait promis de faire couler des « fleuves de sang » si ses compatriotes continuaient à contester son autorité.

En deux mois d’enquête sur le terrain, j’ai pu vérifier par moi-même que ces accusations sont des intoxications de pure propagande, imaginées par les puissances de l’OTAN pour créer les conditions de la guerre, et relayées dans le monde entier par leurs chaînes de télévision : Al-Jazeera, CNN, BBC et France24.

Le lecteur qui ne sait où se situer dans ce débat et qui, malgré les intox du 11-Septembre et des armes de destruction massives de Saddam Hussein, rechigne à envisager que les États-Unis, la France, le Royaume-Uni et le Qatar aient pu fabriquer de tels mensonges, peut néanmoins se faire une opinion avec le temps. L’OTAN, la plus vaste coalition militaire de l’Histoire, n’est pas parvenue en cinq mois de bombardements à renverser celui qu’elle décrit comme un « tyran ». Chaque vendredi, une vaste manifestation de soutien au régime est organisée dans une ville différente du pays et tous les experts s’accordent aujourd’hui à dire que le colonel Kadhafi dispose d’au moins 90 % de soutien populaire en Tripolitaine et d’au moins 70 % à l’échelle du pays entier, incluant les zones « rebelles ». Ces gens souffrent tous les jours du blocus, des bombardements aériens et des combats au sol. Jamais ils ne soutiendraient avec leur chair et leur sang un individu qui aurait commis contre eux les crimes dont il est accusé par la « communauté internationale ». La différence entre ceux qui croient en Occident que Kadhafi est un tyran qui a fait tirer sur son propre peuple, et ceux qui croient en Libye que c’est un héros de la lutte anti-impérialiste, c’est que les premiers vivent dans l’illusion créée par la propagande TV, tandis que les autres ont sur place l’expérience de la réalité.

Ceci étant posé. Il existe une seconde illusion dont sont victimes les Occidentaux —et j’inclus désormais dans le camp « occidental », non seulement Israël qui s’en revendique depuis toujours, mais aussi les monarchies du Conseil de Coopération du Golfe et la Turquie qui, bien que de culture orientale, ont choisi ce camp— : ils persistent à penser qu’il est encore possible de dévaster un pays et de tuer sa population sans conséquences juridiques. Il est vrai que, jusqu’à présent, la Justice internationale n’a été qu’une justice des vainqueurs ou des puissants. On se souvient de ce dignitaire nazi qui apostrophait ses juges à Nuremberg leur disant que si le Reich avait gagné la guerre, ce serait les nazis qui seraient juges et les Alliés qui devraient rendre compte de leurs crimes de guerre. Plus récemment, nous avons vu l’usage fait par l’OTAN du Tribunal pénal pour l’ex-Yougoslavie pour tenter de justifier a posteriori que la guerre du Kosovo était la « première guerre humanitaire de l’Histoire », selon l’expression de Tony Blair. Ou encore, comment le Tribunal spécial pour le Liban, a été utilisé pour tenter de renverser le gouvernement syrien, puis pour décapiter le Hezbollah libanais, et probablement bientôt pour accuser les Gardiens de la Révolution iranienne. Sans oublier, le Tribunal pénal international, bras séculier des puissances coloniales européennes en Afrique.

Cependant, le développement des instruments et des organes de Justice internationaux au cours du XXe siècle a établi progressivement un ordre international auquel les grandes puissances elles-mêmes vont devoir se conformer, où qu’elles devront saboter pour fuir leurs responsabilités. Dans le cas libyen, on ne compte plus les violations du droit international. En voici les principales, telles qu’elles ont été établies par le Comité Technique Provisoire —organe libyen de coordination interministérielle— et décrites par l’avocat de la Grande Jamahiriya Arabe Libyenne, le Français Marcel Ceccaldi [1], lors de différentes conférences de presse.

Les chaînes de télévision qui, sous l’impulsion de leurs gouvernements respectifs, ont fabriqué de fausses informations pour conduire à la guerre, sont coupables de « crime contre la paix », tels que définis par les résolutions pertinentes de l’Assemblée générale de l’ONU adoptées au lendemain de la Seconde Guerre mondiale [2]

Les journalistes-propagandistes doivent être considérés comme plus coupables encore que les militaires qui ont exécuté des crimes de guerre ou des crimes contre l’humanité, dans la mesure où aucun de ces crimes n’aurait été possible sans celui qui les a précédé, le « crime contre la paix ».

Les chefs politiques de l’Alliance atlantique qui ont détourné la Résolution 1973 de son objet pour se livrer à une guerre d’agression contre un État souverain sont personnellement responsables devant la Justice internationale. En effet, selon la jurisprudence établie au lendemain de la Seconde Guerre mondiale par le Tribunal de Tokyo, les crimes ne sont pas le fait des États ou des organisations, mais bien des individus. Piller les avoirs d’un État, instaurer un blocus maritime et bombarder des infrastructures pour faire souffrir les populations, attaquer une armée dans ses casernes, ordonner d’assassiner des leaders ennemis et, à défaut, de les terroriser en assassinant leur famille, sont autant de crimes de guerre. Les perpétrer de manière systématique, comme c’est le cas aujourd’hui, constitue un crime contre l’humanité. Ce crime est imprescriptible, ce qui signifie que MM. Obama, Sarkozy, Cameron et Al-Thani seront poursuivis par la Justice toute leur vie.

L’OTAN, en tant qu’organisation, est civilement responsable des dommages matériels et humains de cette guerre. Il ne fait aucun doute en droit qu’elle doit payer, même si elle tentera sûrement d’invoquer un privilège de juridiction pour fuir ses responsabilités. Il appartiendra ensuite à l’Alliance de voir comment répartir la facture de ce conflit entre ses États membres, alors même que certains d’entre eux sont au bord de la faillite. Il s’en suivra des conséquences économiques désastreuses pour leurs populations, coupables d’avoir avalisé ces crimes. Et, en démocratie, personne ne peut prétendre être innocent des crimes commis en son nom.

La Justice internationale devra se pencher plus particulièrement sur le cas de « l’administration » Sarkozy —j’emploie ici cet anglicisme pour souligner que désormais le président français conduit directement la politique de son gouvernement sans passer par son Premier ministre—. En effet, la France a joué un rôle central dans la préparation de cette guerre en organisant en octobre 2010 une tentative manquée de coup d’Etat militaire, puis en planifiant avec le Royaume-Uni dès le mois de novembre 2010 le bombardement de la Libye et un débarquement au sol que l’on croyait alors possible, enfin en participant activement aux troubles meurtriers de Benghazi qui aboutirent à la guerre. En outre, la France, plus que toute autre puissance, a déployé des Forces spéciales au sol —certes sans leurs uniformes— et a violé l’embargo sur les armes approvisionnant les insurgés —directement ou au moyen d’avions qatariotes—. Sans oublier que la France a violé le gel onusien des avoirs libyens, détournant une partie des fabuleuses liquidités du Fond souverain libyen au profit des fantoches du CNT et au détriment du peuple libyen qui croyait assurer le bien-être de ses enfants une fois le pétrole épuisé.

Ces Messieurs de l’OTAN qui espéraient échapper à la Justice internationale en écrasant en quelques jours leur victime, la Libye, de sorte qu’ellel n’aurait survécu pour les poursuivre, vont devoir déchanter. La Libye est toujours là. Elle dépose des plaintes devant la Cour pénale internationale, les tribunaux belges (juridiction dont dépend l’OTAN), la Cour de Justice européenne, les juridictions nationales des États agresseurs. Elle entreprend des démarches devant le Conseil des Droits de l’homme de Genève, le Conseil de sécurité et l’Assemblée générale des Nations Unies. Il ne sera pas possible aux grandes puissances d’éteindre tous ces incendies à la fois. Pis, les arguments qu’elles utiliseront pour échapper à une juridiction se retourneront contre elles devant une autre. Dans quelques semaines, dans quelques mois, si elles ne sont pas parvenues à détruire Tripoli, elles n’auront plus d’autres échappatoires pour prévenir d’humiliantes condamnations que de négocier au prix fort le retrait des plaintes.
