Côte d'Ivoire/Ivory Coast records 56.9 murders per 100,000 inhabitants, according to a recent report by the United Nations Office against Drugs and Crime. The crime rate is the highest in Africa. Ivory Coast under Ouattara occupies the notorious first rank in Africa leaving South Africa and Nigeria behind.
According to the same report ,in world Côte d'Ivoire/Ivory Coast is ranked third after Honduras and El Salvador .

This criminal regime although recognized as perpetrating human right violations and genocide (Duekoue and Nihably refugees camp massacres) by many international NGO such as the British red cross et Amnesty International has the full backing of the UN, France, the US , EU etc....Now somebody tells me that this is not a plot to exterminate the Ivorians who want to defend their land against the invasion of the multinationals as they are also doing DR Congo....
