Amnesty International opposes the candidacy of Ivory Coast to the Council of Human Rights

SO humans rights no longer exist with Alassane Dramane Ouattara.?

- [A sample of Amnesty's letter to Daniel Kablan Duncan,
Ouattara's Minister of Foreign Affairs]
"We  note that the Special Rapporteur on internally displaced persons within their own country visited Ivory Coast in July 2012, and we encourage you to put in  application his recommendations.
We also encourage you to facilitate the visit, for which the principle has been agreed, the UN Special Rapporteur on the issue of violence against women, including its causes and consequences, the Special Rapporteur on torture and other cruel treatments, inhuman or degradingof the Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions; Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights, the Working Group on enforced or Involuntary Disappearances, and the working Group on arbitrary detention.
Moreover, we note that the Working Group on the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination request permission to present to Ivory Coast , and we urge your government to facilitate the visit without delay.
We encourage you also to extend a standing invitation to all special procedures.

Notice that this regime has the backing of the UN, the US, France, Germany  the EU etc....Yet we have the same institution and countries sending arrest warrants against Ouattara's political opponents without any proof, this therefore exposes them as  accomplice in the crimes mentioned above in Ivory Coast  by Amnesty International...
SO if  humans rights no longer exist with Alassane Dramane Ouattara why all these countries in the Council of Human Rights  are suppirting his criminal regime ?    Is it bacause  many of these countries are linked as accomplices in the violation of human rights in Ivory Coast for economical interests  ?
