The International Organizations Immunities Act explains why Ivory Coast genocide perpetrators can carry on their crimes in all impunity

    This US Act passed in December 1945, extends priviliges and immunities to international organizations(UN/IMF.WB) and its officers and employees.  The Act is cited in the follwoign ways: P.L. 79-291, 59 STAT 669.

    The “Lugar Amendment” was part of the 2006 US Appropriations legislation entitled “Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2006"  (H.R. 3057, P.L. 109-102, 119 STAT 2241). The amendment included "promotion of policy goals" and was directed to provide anti-corruption measures for development banks.
    Within the Act:
    Sec. 599B. Title XV of the International Financial Institutions Act (22 U.S.C. 262o et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following:
    ``SEC. 1505. PROMOTION OF POLICY GOALS (22 USC 262o-4)

blue_square UN Convention on the privileges & immunities of the specialized agencies

    The World Bank and Bank staff have certain privileges and immunities.  These privileges and immunities protect the Bank as an entity from most claims of liability.  Similarly, Bank staff receive privileges and immunities that protect staff from liability for any duties performed in their official capacity.
This explains what lies behind  "We will kill you all, and then nothing would happen" very often declared by Ouattara's death squad. Amazing for once dozos knew what they were doing and continue to do. This is hard to swallow but it would be  a waste of time to try to expose Ouattara's  crimes against humanity to the international community and  be triel at the ICC . But worst ethnic cleansing  will continue in all impunity overseen by the UN. So all that explains why no investigation about the genocide will happen and even if ever it's done there will be scapegoats for the crimes  never  ever would Ouattara (whom contrary to  what we are often told hasn't left  the IMF .) be incriminated


    The privileges and immunities of the Bank(any international financial institution ) and Bank staff are set forth in the World Bank’s  Articles of Agreement.  Bank staff may also receive additional protection through a host country agreement or through the "UN Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Specialized Agencies." Now since the IMF and the World Bank are one with the UN the  crimes and those entities (which  according to their status are nothing but instruments of multinational corporates which  have already concluded that the survival of the West and their businesses hangs on the recolonization  of Africa and the control of its vital natural resources, and this will be done without qualms) will never be investigated and punished.. And thus genocides and ethnic cleansing are not new this is a rehash of the first colonial entities,  which they putting back on the menu and  now we have an international catering(UN ) but cuisine remains French and the meal will be stuffed elephant..
