The Democratic Party of Côte d'Ivoire (PDCI), the former single party member of the coalition in current pustchist regime in Ivory Coast indexes rebel militias loyal to the former Director of the IMF Africa Department Alassane Ouattara from Burkina Faso (imposed by the so-called international community against the choice of the people the democratically elected President Laurent Gbagbo)
to be responsible for the widespread insecurity in the country. In a statement, the party declares that "the actors and perpetrators of these murderous attacks generally come not only from the ranks of traditional hunters' dozo", but particularly the FRCI [Republican Forces of Côte d'Ivoire, note] which Mr Alassane Ouattara is the supreme commander. Indeed the we do npt hear in the medias about the continuous massacres in the in Ivory Coast particularly in the west near Duekoue where more than a year ago a genocide was perpetrated . It's the same "international" community whom based on allegations cooked a ready made stuffed elephant, came up with resolution which they twisted to overthrow the legal and legitimate President to imposed man . The same pattern was duplicated in Libya and now Syria. Russia and China whom fell in the trap before refuse to be fooled more than twice the members of the security council. In Ivory Coast like in Libya right after and even during the overthrowing of the legitimate head of state crimes were fare more inhuman and widespread than those allegedly committed before for which the R2P was implemented. The so called R2P which seems to work only in one direction since in Ivory Coast and in Libya those who have been protected are now in a murderous coalition committing massacres, genocide yet still been protected while the new victims having nowhere to hide no one to help.....the murderous coalition is always composed by the so called international community, and the "peace" keeper and those alleged people to be protected and brought to power through war and non election but having the label of "democracy"

This man is a fraudster, He has never been Ivorian reason why the West wanted him as head of the state of Ivory Coast so he can sale put the country's riches . This African magazine dated of December 1984 shows clearly that he is a Burkina Faso national named director of the IMF for Africa...Not an Ivorian so no wonder why they(Ivorians) never voted him as president but rather the President Gbagbo whom the so called international community overthrown and illegally holding at the Hague.
